Al Williamson

Just a brief note to acknowledge the passing of Al Williamson a few weeks back.
I met him only once and bought the compellation he had of his "Secret Agent"
newspaper strip he had worked on with Archie Goodwin.

He was a genuinely nice guy to talk to and at one point simply told me that I
was a “pretty good” artist and shouldn't give it up. Who can argue with Al Williamson!?
